We expected an apology, but nothing was done. About 20 minutes later we were lifted out of the elevator that was in between floors. So I called back again, and they sent for the fire department. I called the operator from the elevator, and she hung up on me. The last straw for us was that we got stuck in the elevator. At Four Winds we did not receive our drinks until after our meal came, and no apology was given. I didn't think that was too much to expect. I mean it is a CMT (Country Music Television) bar. We asked the bar tender if they could turn on any country music or turn the volume up on the CMT television, and we were quickly told no. To our disappointed they were playing 70's and rap music. In addition, we had to wait an hour for dinner, when there were at least 15 tables open. Our shower did not drain, and they was mold growing on the walls and curtain. I also was pleased with the appearance of our room. As I walk into the hotel I was very impressed. My husband and I went to Horseshoe for a quick trip.
